Flight Line Services
Poised and ready for your next aircraft charter? We are. Sessions Catering + Kitchen currently provides aviation catering services to Palomar-McClellan Airport in Carlsbad, California.
We had Sessions Catering + Kitchen provide 6 frozen dinners and 4 breakfasts for our double handed Pacific Cup race to Hawaii on our sailboat. The dinners were the highlight of our days because they were so good. The breakfast burritos were also awesome. Besides being delicious, all were packaged for easy heating in the oven. I am a vegetarian and they had no difficulty providing delicious meals with that limitation. We highly recommend Baja Sessions for yacht provisioning and will definitely use them again.
SC+K was one of the best choices we made for our Transpac journey. Romeo’s food was delicious. The portions were spot on. The meals thoughtfully prepared, packed and easy to prepare. If we make the trip again, Baja Sessions will be our first call!
